Remove big flashy warning about cost of creating a group when the cost is $0 🔼

Why do we need big flashy warning about money spending, when no money is being spent?

The message itself isn't in OpenSim.

FireShitStorm - has a "Create group for v 0" button.

At the bottom of the group creation dialog - "Note: After 7 days, a group with no members (other than the creator) is deleted!" No secondary popup though.
